Pulmonology Series: Breathe a Little

When someone says to go on and smell the roses, I interpret it to mean, "go take care of YOU! Take a deep breath. Meditate. Pray. Rest."

You can't take care of others if you don't take a step back, breathe, and take care of YOU!
